TXT-a-Park - Fronde committed to improving service

We are pleased to announce that the TXT-a-Park issues have been completely resolved and the service is functioning as normal. 

During the outages experienced last week (4-8 December), there were a small number of customers who received an incorrect charge. We have identified each of our customers who have been incorrectly charged and sent them an SMS.

If you were affected, the extra charges will appear on your invoice as a $4 charge for parking in Wellington, this charge was made in error, and should have been the $0.50 transaction fee. Fronde will be providing you with a $4 credit for this fee, ($3.50 for the incorrect charge, and 50c for the inconvenience). This will be credited through your telecom account.
